I was contacted by the lovely Claire of We Tie the Knots, Colorado to create florals for her August 1st bride. I was very excited to help out. It was my first double wedding weekend! Luckily, Claire said she would pick up the flowers, especially since she was heading up to Allie's Cabin in Beaver Creek, CO!

Wedding Wednesday Blog Collaboration

Abbey with Purple Summer Events contacted me to help with a featured blog post that Jessi Dalton Photography was looking forward to working on. It was a last minute, "sure!" The Big Fake Wedding - Denver (featured on Ruffled Blog!)

I decided to go big and try something new this past August 2015 - I signed up and participated in a bridal show unlike any other!: The Big Fake Wedding! The Big Fake Wedding is a bridal show and "fake" wedding all in one. The bridal show vendors, (listed at the end of the post), design and create everything a wedding usually includes - ceremony decor, reception decor, dessert/cake, music, videography and more! The Big Fake Wedding recruits a married couple to renew their vows in front of the bridal show guests and then welcome the guests to celebrate with them at a reception set up similar to that of a wedding. 

Is was such a great time. Lots of work and quite a long day but the people I met and worked with was well worth all of it! If you have a chance to attend one of these events, do it!
